We designed Illumi-WELD to easily integrate into most of the current welding helmets on the market today. Unfortunately there is not a one size fits all design. We do know that most helmets from the same manufacturer share the same shell or at least a close match across model numbers within that product line.

Illumi-WELD mounts into the one place that will never get hung up or get in your way; the chin of your welding helmet. By mounting in the chin, Illumi-WELD lights up your area wherever you look. Our light is so bright, you will see through the darkest of ADF's, read blueprints without lifting your helmet or walk around in the pitch dark as if it was daylight. Since most chin areas are already rounded for rigidity, we gave the face plate and lens holder a rounded shape. This allows Illumi-WELD to seamlessly integrate into a wide variety of helmets. The helmet will conform to Illumi-WELD during mounting.
